Suspension refurbish

Hi, Has anyone had their suspension/hub assemblies cleaned and refurbished, do you have any experience of having this done.
I'm a bit fussy and would like my 997's suspension to look like new (might be asking a bit too much).
Any suggestions/advice welcomed.

Did my hubs when I had the wheels off to clean and seal them. Wire brushed, rubbed over with wire wool and after wiping them down with degreaser I repainted them with grey hammerite. Just brushed it on and they looked fine.
 
Personally, I would resist the temptation to paint the mating surface between the wheel and its hub.

Didn't do the mating surface obviously. Only painted the visible outside surface that tends to show a bit of rust.
