Suspension Upgrades Advice Needed

Hi All,

I would like to update the supension of my 924 but there is such a wide range of options, Koni, Bilstein, Gaz, Spax etc and a choice of adjustable or not. Can anyone offer some advice as to which system is best suited to the 924?

Although my car is an ex racing car i do not intend to use it for racing (long past the boy racer stage) but i like to use it as a fast road car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I would go koni suspension, but perhaps its down to personal choice. My 1980 924 Le Mans has koni suspension.

I did have Spax suspension on a MGB GT that I used to have. Did make a difference to the handling.

In a edition of Practical Car Performance magazine they tested all the leading brands of suspension and they recommended the Koni suspension in the end.

I recently went for Boge Turbogas struts and new Porsche springs, they're probably not as reknown as Koni's but it feels fine as a fast road car.
