swapping seats over?

Hi Guys
Are the passenger and drivers seats interchangeable? The reason for asking is that there's some wear showing on the door side of both seats as people slip in and out. By swapping them over the almost pristine inner edges would become the door edge and so prolong both seats life. Any one done this in the past and what problems would I encounter?
Cheers

Unless you've got the GT3 seats, are there not controls on the door-side of each seat?

I don't think you'll reach these against the center console.

GT3 seats are interchangable side to side if I recall.

Thanks for that ianmac. There's a guy closer to home that does some really good work so I'll give him a try if it comes down to that. If any body in the South Wales area needs similar work done and would like the guys number then get in touch with me and I'll pass it on.
