I bought a new sunroof switch from a PC, (that's the new name for an OPC [8|]) about £35 including coffee and a chat with the nice lady on reception. Not single. Either of us.....[]
I've avoided buying used switches as I've always had the attitude that a £10 used window switch will probably be knackered, so with the P&P to return it, and buy another 20-year-old one in a year's time, why not get a new one for £25 and forget it for 20 years?
Of course, that leaves the other switches looking awful, so unless Tipex works I'm hopeful that replacement stickers are available. Not confident, though.....
Another thought.....
Drive at night, and you'll never see the console switches anyway! []

You could try these switch overlays:-

That's a clever idea, I was initially sceptical when CAB asked about these but you do learn something every day []
Alternatively clean ALL your symbols off with thinners and leave your switches blank for that ZEN minimalist look []
