tail pipe

rear exhaust section opc price £680.00.
I know and they are not even stainless steel for that price. I went elsewhere and bought a stainless steel one for my turbo at less than half the price!!!! which will last forever along with the rest of the exhaust system which is also s/s.

The are stainless steel, apart from the actual tailpipe piece.
Mine was not, it rusted away, and the one I was thinking of getting from the OPC was definitely not stainless steel either. Had it been s/s I would have probably swallowed very hard and stumped up in the end!!!

You interested in a fruitier pipe?

I have an ESS/Janspeed rear box I'm considering selling, if you are interested?

THIS ONE (the oval version as opposed to the twin pipes)..... for considerably less than a new one. [:)]

Hi Mik

I have e mailed you, but does anyone know if this would fit a turbo or do they have 3 instead of four studs or the other way round?

Cheers

Lee,

Miks S2 exhaust will not fit on your Turbo for the exact reason you stated - it has the wrong number of studs on the flange [:(]

I thought this was expensive, so I've hunted out the reciept in my service history for a genuine rear box from JCT600 in Leeds.....

£88.87 plus vat, albeit in 1998!

Every now and again OPCs have a bargain basement clearout of slow moving parts (they used to advertise them in Porsche Post [8|]) and a few years ago some of our Register members bought 944T rear boxes for around £100.

Shortly afterwards the price will return to its previous stratospheric price [&o]

It should be and stainless will rust eventually - ask a boat owner,
