Hi Everyone
Just a reminder that the next club night at the Cooper's Arms is on Nov 2nd and we have a arrange a talk by Chris Franklin from Centre Gravity on all aspects of Porsche suspension
If you have not used him in the past, he has a modern garage near Tamworth specialising in car suspension in performance cars especially Porsche. He is also a big Porsche fan and owns a few himself.
Meeting starts at 8pm.

I had my suspension checked by Chris last year and it led to me not having to renew two tyres which would shortly thereafter have failed the MOT due to lack of tread coverage across the minimum width of the tyre. Have since had another MOT and still all is well. A useful saving in the short term.

He is passionate about his work, has lots of very satisfied PCGB customers and I expect will give a good talk.

Due to work commitments, I can't be there. ;-(

I can testify to Chris's abilities in sorting out any alignment problems as he did a set up on my Gen1 Cayman S and it not only handled better, the tyres did last longer than a standard Porsche alignment set up. Interestingly on the day I was taking my car there his colleague Pete followed me much of the way from Ashby to the workshop and had analysed the errors in my alignment before we got there! A very skilful team and highly recommended.
