targa frame question

Sorry guys another question.

On the targa black cover, up the sides of it near the top angle, there is two holes with threaded nuts in the roll over frame. is this just standard bolts to be screwed in here? I have four metal brackets about 40 mm long with 2 attachments on each end. one end has a bolt through it and the other end has like a push on fitting for some kind of stud fastening. Looks like the bolt is the right thread and all but I cannot figure out why they would be there.

Are these meant to be there and if so, whats over the stud fastening of were do they go does anyone know as I'm almost finished and want to get the car out on the road.
