Any body had the speedline split rims refurb correctly thats is broken down new seals and bolts then stripped and repainted

I haven't but I was going to get them done in the next couple of months, so would be keen to know if anybody has experience of doing this, Stuart

I have had 3 of 4 refurbed ocer the last 4 years, but only the fronts. Was going to get that last one split but didn't find new allan bolts and nuts before they had refurbed the front

Porsche don't sell the Allan Bolts and Nuts anymore!

They repaint the outside and hand paint the allan bolts back in black. Look pretty good and much cheaper too.

Mine were done by Specialised Paintwork in Reading (Just round the corner from the OPC)

Nick Moss at early 911 does refurbishments of them.

A lot cheaper than the £600 quoted but still quite pricey as it is anodised rather than powdercoated/laquered. Effectively they are as good protected as the old fuchs, in contrast with the other processes whereby you find yourself doing the job every two years as water gets underneath the laquer/coating.

I had my Targa wheels refurbished by BJV Engineering (http://www.wheelrefurbishing.com/) around 4 years ago - cost me about £240 for 4 including all new stainless bolts. I had them refinished in Black Chrome(?), hopefully attached is low res image to give you an idea, sorry nothing more high def available
