Taycan fob/tracker problems

Hi folks. I am awaiting delivery of my Taycan 4s, which is ready all except the dealer cannot get the fob to link to the tracker. No tracker would invalidate the insurance. Two days now with the dealer talking to Porsche Germany with no solution. Anybody else had this problem? Very frustrating. Very.
Regards
Nigel

Hi - sorry to hear about that problem. Has it been resolved yet? The only thing I can think of is to start agitating through customer services to get this the attention it deserves. Just to ask the obvious question (sorry)...has the key fob been put into the cup holder and the car started? I always put mine in the cup holder when driving for safe keeping, but I think I was told this is the optimal place anyway to ensure connection with the tracker...Apologies if you know this and have done it to no avail already...!
cheers

Hi. Very interested to read your post. We have the same issue with our Taycan Turbo. What was done to resolve the issue that you had please? The dealership is speaking with Germany too and it is all a little frustrating.

Hi Nigel

Have you managed to sort out the tracker problem, my Taycan Turbo as
got the same issue, it’s been at the dealership since it was delivered at the beginning of December, the dealer has been talking to Germany and they suggested removing the tracker batter, to see if it re sets its self, any tips would be a great help.

thanks

Keith
