Tayyabs 14th December 2010

ORIGINAL: carreraboy Yes it is nearly 8 months away need to book soon though ...
wow, Xmas keeps coming earlier every year [:)]. Is this to book for the private room or just regular dining? I remember most didn't favour the private room due to the heavy deposit; extra change per person and think it was a set menu for a large group whereas main restaurant was pretty flexible and available to book a month before especially for a weekday evening...

Kish, let's set a date and eat in the main area, but really need fixed numbers before we go and pre-order with the bill already weighed up before we sit down .... we bring our own drinks and any extras we pay individually .... think that's a stonking plan .. wot u tink?

Yeah, lets set the date. Here is December events I have set in the diary so far: Wed December 2 Annual West London Xmas Dinner at Rose of York. Sat December 6 Xmas open day at the club house. Thu December 17 Drinks & shopping at Porsche Design London. Sat December 19 Last Ace Cafe meet of the year. Sat December 30 Brands Hatch German cars meet.

December 3rd Looks good to me it's a Thursday (popular night out in Town) leaves the weekend clear ......... If we are agreed will get the date published in PP.......[:)]

Cor blimey! I thought you were joking Des. Talk about early doors - 8 months to go, people don't need that long to organize weddings! You love a bit of Tayaabs don't you? :)

3rd sounds good as it may also be early enough to avoid clashes with various office Xmas parties...

Cool that's about 6/7 so far ... year before we had about 35 people far too many to sit together so maybe keep it down to about 20 ....
