Must admit, I enjoyed Retromobile in Paris a lot this year, bit less mad/speculative then Techno Essen, but also about a 10th of the size. Good excuse for a visit to Paris though.
Will be Feb 4-8th in 2015.
Cheers
Rick

A few years back I heard a Veyron, at tick-over at Techno Classica, it was a unique sound, like a game of squash might sound in a dust-bin. [:)]

Really enjoyed the Show, you just don't know whats around the next corner, could be a Veyron, RUF Yellow-bird, Perfect metallic green 2.4S with dog-tooth interior[8D][8D][:)], Gulf 917, 1975 Turbo with original Fuch's Pirelli P7's and Tartan [8D].......a feast of the most interesting cars on the planet.

Maybe a Muira or two....[&o]

Requires minimum two days plus travel...? Thx for reminder

George

Would agree it's a 2 day visit... I half killed myself trying to get around it in 1 day this year... pretty certain I didn't see it all despite walking almost without pause!

Went last year a great show a must do on ones bucket list ....Went for 4 days spent Friday and Sunday at the show as Saturdays are the busiest day so went sightseeing on the tour bus 19Euro great day out hop on and off . Stayed in Dusseldorf next to the railways station ,if you buy your show tickets in advance free rail travel is included a great saving and approx. a 40 min train journey takes you direct to the centre .
Wear a good pair of walking shoes and take sandwiches and a drink with you it will save you time and money as queues can be long around lunch times .
Enjoy
