I recommend you try Ruf, they do a smaller airbag wheel. I've tried it - I liked it.
Must get one for the next car...
I bought one and fitted it in the car park at the ring!!![]
It is brill[8D]
Have a look at this link http://www.raid-rdi.com and piccy attached!

Was this an airbag wheel??? If so, please give detailed instructions!
1. Turn-off the alarm with the key (avoid the volt drop sensor)
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Go for a stroll and watch the cars for an hour or so.[8D]
4. Remove the 2 torx screws from the back of the steering wheel that hold airbag.
5. Lift out airbag - BIG deep breath - pull off the yellow plug off the back - exhale![]
6.Centre steering wheel & remove 24mm nut and rock wheel to remove from splines.
7. Reassemble with new wheel reconnecting hole push button and airbag.
8. Grip new wheel with a big smile on your face - justifying the expenditure![]
9. Re-connect battery and reset radio, clock and alarm.
10. Go for a quick spin around the track! Fully justified.[][][]
Task took about 20 mins plus 60 mins wait - easy.
Cost - €500 in notes direct from the factory - Bargain
Is that enough info?

I'll order a Ruf one next time I'm going over - if it is that easy to fit, fantastic!
(I was a little worried about having an ounce of high explosive going off in my face...[X(] )
I did a 'dry run' at home just to make sure before doing it over in Germany - but all okay, no fault lights, no drama.
I think if you check the Raid web site you'll see that the RUF and TechArt wheels are very similar if not the same. It's just the badge.

Aint cheap tho, weighing in at 795 euros [8|], mind you the TechArt is expensive too, albeit a little smaller in diameter.
