Sorry to read this, but I think this is why many find a good indie with classic car experience.
The 3.2 is not a complicated car, and I too would have expected fresh fasteners, the cost really is small compared to the labour!
Good luck!

Posting on the forum will not achieve anything. You need to tackle JCT600 directly, and not by phone to some junior staff member. Either go in and face up to the Service manager or submit a complaint via their website https://www.jct600.co.uk/pages/company/complaints/Hi don’t no if this will make a difference but hear wee go , I have add my Porsche 911 in at jct 600 leeds for exhaust replacement and they have not put new bolts in they have just put old ones back and add a mine problem with the passenger side glass that they have still not sorted ,the service at leeds is beyond a joke phone three times still nobody getting back to tell me what’s going on with my car so annoyed with this company, richard Hargraves should be looking at this
Sadly Nothing would surprise me less.
There are plenty of great Specialists in Yorkshire, go see one of them. You've got Strasse in Leeds, I use RPM at Knaresborough.

I regularly use JCT600 at Newcastle and have found the complete opposite so I don't think the problem is JCT600 per se but rather the individuals they employ. My Boxster is going in the a minor service in February so I will report back. As others have suggested, raise this with the service manager and DP if necessary. Also put a bad review on Google as that will get their attention.
