Testing weather for Targa

I've tried a search, but failed to find the tech article I've seen on how to finely adjust the glass roof closure
I recently had some work done on the roof but now it's letting rain onto the passenger seat and there's a patch of water behind the seat too
The glass is not quite touching the (new) seal where the main roof panel reaches the ventilation panel
If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be grateful

Chris

Hi Chirs

I have a PDF for that somewhere

If you PM me your email address i'll email it over or pm your number and i'll call you

Not sure where you are based Chris but I'd recommend giving Tognola in Datchet a try. I've found them to be very knowledgeable on the Targa roof.

Hi Chris

I had a 993 Targa for a number of years, and have some experience with wind / leak noise fixing.

There is a good write up available at:

http://www.pcarworkshop.com/index.php/993_-_Targa_Roof_Operation_Outline

and a number of Porsche technical bulletins here related to Targa noise:

http://www.pcarworkshop.com/index.php/993_-_TSBs%2C_Parts_Guides

Even if you get a specialist to fix it, there's no harm in learning how it works..

Hope you sort out your problems - it's worth it!
