Hi chaps,
With a first baby on the way and different commitments to oblige, I have reluctently sold my 944 today.
So this is a quick post to say thanks to everybody who has helped and given invaluable advise on buying and owning one of these great cars and helping make the experience a really good one.
It's a great forum with friendly people, and I wish you and PCGB all the best for the future.
In the words of a really bad actor, "I'll be back." (Coz I've got the bug[]) Happy drivin'

Boot contents in 944 one November on Kent Region booze cruise:

Travel cot, baby buggy, suitcase of winter clothes for two adults, baby and 5 yo; winter coats; carefully distributed case or two of wine;

Rear seats: baby in baby set; 5yo on booster seat.

Rear seat footwells: at least another case of wine -the footwells width is the same as the length of a wine bottle.

My eldest was ten before he outgrew the rear of a 911.

Hi Mate , I went the other way had a pratical 5 dr hatchback ( Diesel ) then when my girl was born just under 3 years ago changed the car about 8 months ago for the 944 , still get a pram in the boot , lauren in the front and stuff in the back - come on matt you know you carnt live without it [][]
