For about 6 months or so I have had some rennline monoballs in the car. They have steadily been getting louder and louder as I travel over the millions of speed bumps and pot holes in my area. So this weekend I'm swapping them for some polyurethane bushes... Anyone any experience with installation? I'd like to some how do it without removing the camber plate...

Cheers

Hurrah!! It's done. And I now have a much quieter ride in to work!! With a neighbours help, a vice, some threaded bar, a front pulley from a mini engine, a worn out ball joint remover, some silicone spray and a splash of brute force, those suckers were squeezed in within minutes...

Top tip. Always put a large washer between the nut on the damper and the bush. I discovered my damper had simply pulled through after the first speed bump and ldged itself in the underside of the camber plate....

They were fantastic, just very noisy.. Must say after a few weeks on the polyurathane I am missing the monoballs... Bit hey ho, if the dollar gets a bit weaker and I'm feelng a bit rich some day I'll go for some elephant racing ones next time.. Been quit pleased with all the bits from them so far..
