Des has been talking the prices up for the 6 years I've known him!!! cost him a few grand when he was between cars!!!
Even if you put 2,500 miles per year on it to keep it sweet, it would still be a sub 10,000 mile car in 2010 --- and what will be better than that then ?
It's the closest any of us will ever get to knowing precisely what these cars were like when new ....
Or you could lose money on a 997 GT3RS ?

Good job I have a 74' Bay and a 65' Splitty (Sundial) newly imported from California.
The Bay is nearly complete but the Sundial is just a shell with an engine and 2 front seats at the moment.
Still, gives me something to do when I can't drive the 911.
