This year’s Classic Motor Show at the NEC will be taking place from Friday, 10th to Sunday, 12th November which a few of us from R3 have already booked up for. If any other members would like to join in the madness that is R3 on tour, we are staying at the Greswolde Arms Hotel Solihull, England, B93 0LL from Friday evening through to Sunday morning with rooms still currently available via lots of various hotel websites but be quick.

The group that have booked so far will be traveling down Friday after lunch (due to work commitments) and only be attending the show on the Saturday, traveling back late morning on the Sunday, although please don't feel you have to fit around us as some of you may wish to attend for the whole weekend.

The Club's stand will have a selection of members’ cars on display with a large range of items from the Members’ Collection. Complimentary refreshments will be available for Members throughout the show, so why not stop by, rest and refuel but don't forget your Club cards.

Also for members there is an exclusive advance ticket offer discount code for booking your tickets when booked in advance this can be found in your Porsche Post from September which you can use when booking your ticket directly from the show organisers.

Myself, Roy Parker, William Armstrong and Stuart Wright are all going on the Friday from Cumbria taking the very early train and returning home after the show closes for the day.

Hope to see a few of you there [:)]

I am planning to attend, but will have to just travel down and back on the Saturday.

There are a number of folk planning to go down and back on the Saturday. We are sorting out lifts so please let me know if you want to join up.

Were going down Sat morning in my Towrag, at the moment I have one passenger, so two seats left. Leaving Darlington at about 7.30/8 am and coming back when ever we get finished.

Just split the fuel equally so about £50/4 for the round trip.
