We often see posts lambasting OPC service on this forum however it would appear that OMC service is on a par.

Our 16 month old Smart-Arse developed corrosion problems on all four alloy wheels. I pootled down to Bristol to get them looked at last week. Smart (no pun intended) young chap takes some digipics and says he doesn't think that there will be a problem. Sure enough next day I get a call and we are booked in for 10:00 today to have four new wheels fitted -great! [:)]

09:50 The Smart and I are ready and waiting. [;)]
10:00 The Protyre fitter is also ready and waiting. [:D]
10:10 Sheepish service chappy informs that they have forgotten to order the new wheels! []

Not very smart at all; a good OPC would have never admitted to forgetting to order, they would have probably made you wait for an hour or so and then told you that the truck which was bringing the wheels has broken down and it will now be coming back in a couple of days... [;)]

But surely the OPC would never have got itself into this position with a simple "sorry not covered under warranty sir" ....
