The Jury's Out!

HYN. Just returned from a New Year break where I was able to 'cover to cover' the latest PP.
Reading the report on the NEC Classic Show I was surprised to see that the 'Jury is out' regarding the placement of the PCGB stand adjacent to the other 'Porsche related' clubs.
Surely it was better for the public to see the FULL range of Porsches in one place and as an exhibtor on the 924OC stand I can say that the standard of presentation and variety of models was first class at what was the clubs first visit.
Also the presentation on the TIPEC stand was superb and a credit to them.
That said the January PP was a great edition and lasted the whole fortnight![:D]

Reading the article myself, it is suggested that the grouping of marques was in the hands of the NEC organisers.
It didn't just apply to Porsche but to Jaguar, MG and also the French marques.
The Jury's Out comment seems to be regarding that point rather than any objection to being next to the 924OC or TIPEC.
Maybe I would prefer a random mix of stands myself.

I'm with him, especially as mine is the yellow one next to his black S....[;)]

No harm having all the Porsche cars together, most visitors are there just to see the cars anyway [:)]
