Hello everybody,

I received an invite last week from JCT 600 Leeds to test drive the new Supercharged Evora.

I attended the event today and the car drives like a dream although the old 996 C4 still felt lovely when I got back into it!!!

Whilst I was at JCT I enquired about organising a similar event for members of region 7, possibly in the evening when the nights are lighter. The Evora would definately be available and I may be able to organise an Elise and Exige as well.

I know one of the sales team personally as he attends Lotus club meetings and I can easily liase with him.

Would anybody interested please let me know via the forum and if it is viable I will get something organised for the summer , either a club night or another night to suit.

At the next meeting I will also discuss the Prodrive visit that I mentioned on the forum a few weeks ago and for which I have now got positive feedback.

Chris

Hi Chris,

I would be interested in both the Prodrive and leeds visit as I am based in Sheffield and often travel to Oxford past the prodrive factory.

A couple of weeks ago we visited the Williams conference centre and museum near Witney . Also worth a visit if you ever get a chance

Hi Chris, I too, received an invite for a test drive, but as it was midweek, I was unable to make it. Yes, I would be interested in an evening meeting when the nights are lighter and the "sun" will be out!!! John
