it was started today and then promptly dismantled for Kevin to start spinning his magic!!!

Nice one Lali, funcup I presume. Barry was up at EMC on Saturday and had a quick look, this sounds like it should be a very cost effective way to get some fun racing in. For myself I wish I went to the last Future Classics race as I am pretty much sold on that series now. Next year is going to be a lot of fun.

Hey Lali.
I hope that seat, that you "stole" from under my nose fits you ok....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![][][][][8|][8|][8|][8|]

Neil, no its a straight up honest to goodness Beetle, will be running in the swinging sixties... So I'll see you on the grid !!

Dave, sorry mate... Wasn't aware that I was stealing the sale until "somebody else" made some comments about you northern bods squeeking when you walk??

Hi Lali, looks like MarkK will be in it as well in a 951 and possibly one or both of Kev's sons. I think it will be a lot of fun in the pits. Mind you it could get busy out there, the CSCC races have been getting increasing popular in recent years and now the word seems to have got out.

Maybee its something to do with being "tight"/ frugal.....with ones £££££...????

Hi Lali, i saw your Beetle racecar(very cool) last time i was up there, they really don't hang about at EMC- stripped already!!Really looking forward to next year hope it all pans out,i will only believe its happening to me when i am in the car,on a grid waiting to go,cannot wait[:)][:)]!

Hey Lali I saw the Terry's Chocolate Orange today, doesn't need much welding does it?

We need build progress photos . . .

Unfortunatly I have to keep internet pics of the build to a minimum. I have managed to get a magazine to cover the build as a feature... so.. you'll just have to pop downa nd have a look to keep up with progresss.

Cage is at powdercoaters as we speak and Kevin is painting the interior this week....

It's staying orange... maybe a bit brighter but still orange.

Should look lovely parked up next to Ben's Shrek '44 !!
