The Silverstone Classic Meeting July 30th & 31st

This year, what used to be known as the Coys Historic Festival, is to take place at Silverstone Race Circuit on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st July, but is now known as:-[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"] The Silverstone Classic [FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]Porsche Club Great Britain has a display area for our members to make a show of our Porsche cars.[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]To be part of the display, members will be able to purchase tickets via PCGB club office at £20 per person for the weekend. [FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]With these tickets you will be sent a Display Pass for your Porsche which will enable you to drive infield to the clubs display area, numbers are limited for the clubs Display area.[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]If you just arrive in your Porsche and pay at the gate you will be directed to the Porsche only parking area, which will be just behind the main grandstands.[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]The Race Meeting will be be for all sorts of cars and will be held on the full Historic Grand Prix circuit. [FONT=verdana,geneva"]It will feature over 400 competitors, racing in seventeen races over two days which will cover sixty years of International motorsport. [FONT=verdana,geneva"]There will be racing of Formula One cars from the 30's to the 80's.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Le Mans sportscars with Porsche 917, Ford GT40, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Jaguar D types.
