Dear All,

Ian, Chris (Sparky) & I are taking part in this years "Thames Bridges Bike Ride 2010" on 23rd May to raise funds for the Stroke Association UK. Please take a moment to consider sponsoring us. We are entering as "The Home Runners" and are hoping to raise in excess of £750 in sponsorship.

30 miles, 13 bridges and one BIG challenge!
Experience an exhilarating bike ride following the River Thames over 13 of London's famous bridges - this is city cycling at its best!
Starting at Southwark Park, this amazing journey will take you through the historic city of London and along the picturesque towpaths of the River Thames. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Battersea and Richmond Parks en route before ending on a high note in Hurst Park near Hampton Court.
