For first timers Curborough is a great little place to start. One on track at a time for a few laps and then join the back of the queue for your next go. I'm there on Sunday with the Lanciasport club (mostly integrales and a few infiltrators like me). It's only £59 and there is free instruction. A few places left if you fancy it:

Even experienced track drivers can have fun round there...in case anyone else reads this []
I have been looking at your curborough event and I think I will go on a future date, I just need to take up this driverskills course first as it was a present from my girlfriend, and she is already not happy that I did a free jonathon palmer day in june but have not yet booked the nice birthday present she got me in feb.... ;-)
I also want to get out in my car and decide if I can cope with risking it on track without becoming a nervous wreck as it took my a while to get in a position to buy it in the first place!
