Ok, as promised here are a few pics from today's collection and drive. Having picked up the car it rained immediatly for the first hour and completly soaked the car. [:(][:(] So much for the showroom finish. The weather then picked up so we went for a blast in the countryside just outside Leeds.

Stopped at the waterside and picked up a very tame admirer! I though he was going to peck me through the window when we first stopped! [:D]

Finally ended the day with an impromptu visit to Harry Ramsden's for Fish 'n Chips

A most enjoyable afternoon out - drove my first 100 miles and was never more than 25 mins away from the heart of Leeds! There are some very nice roads country roads that I know very well and I can tell you it was very difficult to keep the revs below the running in limit.

The car is awesome, everything I had hoped for and more, the PSE is a must have and BOSE only got a look in for the last half hour of the day. I pulled over after the first 10 miles and applied the "always on mod" to the PSE - I think it will stay this way for some time! [:D] I swear the PSE was louder at the end of the day than the beginning - I cant wait to get a few thousand on the clock!

Yours, One happy camper!

Lovelly car basalt black the way to go

Always thought the Aero Kit and Turbo wheels would look awesome on a Black C2s

Enjoy

Congratulations!

The car looks stunning. I never cared for the TT wheels but they look really good on your car.

Enjoy! [:D]

Nice one Adam! Please tell me you didn't eat the Harry Ramsdens in it [;)]

Really like the Aero kit, wanted one on mine but bottled out in the end. I was convinced that i would loose the front going over speed bumps etc.

Totally agree the PSE mod is the way to go, mine is always unplugged now and sounds sooooooo sweeeeet!!!

Enjoy

Thanks for all the kind comments guys. Im still really excited about the car - couldnt stop peeking out of the window today at work to look at it. I lost count of just how many people stopped me today at work to say how fantastic the car looked in the carpark.

I cant believe how much louder the PSE is now than when I picked it up. Ive only got 300miles on the clock but I swear its getting louder by the mile.

Im loving it! So far no regrets whatsoever about my spec.
[:D]

PS : Shavster - no we didnt eat the fish and chips in the car, we ate inside to avoid any smell or grease being left in the car - although the interior decor of HR's leaves somewhat to be desired all things considered and the interior of a 997S is a far superior place to be!
