Thinking of selling my 964 C2 "Lightweight"

Much as it pains me I might have to sell my C2 to make way for a more practical motor.
I think my car has a lot of potential and I'm keen to get an idea of it's value (although I know it's not the best time to sell).
However my car is quite an unusal spec for the UK in that it has NO SUNROOF and no rear wiper.
It would be the ideal base for an RS conversion.

It's a 1991 German C2 (lhd).
Amazon Green.
Manual
Factory Sports suspension
Genuine Cup 1 alloys (with nearly new PZero's)
Teardrop mirrors
No sunroof
No rear wiper
It has the desirable later plastic manifold (more tuneable than the older alloy version)
It has the larger rear twin pot calipers (not the puny single piston version of the earlier cars)
FSH (German till 1999, UK sinto present day)
146,000 kilometres (90k miles)
No expense spared servicing

Over the last few years I've made a few subtle modifications:

Front RS strut brace
Front RS ligtweight carpet (Southbound)
New Porsche Floor mats (Brand New)
Momo RS steering wheel (Brand new)
Cross drilled brake discs (Brand new)
Yellow stuff pads (Brand New)
Braided brake hoses
K&N panel filter
Stronger halogen headlight bulbs

The car drives very well, and has no oil leaks (Seriously).

I've had it regularly serviced and spent £1400 on a full service and check up with MOT two weeks ago!

The only bad point is the front end has a few stone chips and the bonnet and bumper would benefit from a respray if you wanted to make it look like new (the rest of the paintwork is very very good).

I want £14,500 for it. Is this realistic?

Sounds a fair price to me but you'll need to wait for the right buyer in the current financial climate. Good luck with the sale and I hope you don't regret it [&o]
