We will be attending with TIPEC this year as numbers will be reduced do to other events !

The usual suspects are planing the bbqs & entertainment........Scott, any left over bbqs from Saturday or can we have a small budget from R1s funds?

I have a few passes for this event if required let me know ASAP so that I can secure them Will be required to be collected on the day at Halfords Straiton Mains meeting point .

Any more takers, we've still a few passes left?

Meeting point is Halfords at Straiton 9am, meeting up with the TIPEC boys.
Bring your own food etc for a picnic or you can buy your own at the cafe but it will be mobbed!! I'm bringing the old gazebo as I haven't a clue where out all singing and dancing one is, so there will be some shelter from the heatwave!!

There will be either disposable BBQs or a gas one to use on the day if you been it.

Will update again Friday/Saturday.

Sorry folks wont be there as have to work a night shift over the weekend (see time of post). Don Alexander now has the tickets. Enjoy the day.

Meeting place just off the bypass at Halfords, Straiton Mains ...... go round the roundabout heading for all the shops and take the first left, go to the mini roundabout and I think Halfords is to the right. Think Tipec are leaving there at 9am so can we all meet for about 8.45 so tickets can be given out etc. There will be use of a BBQ so bring along some food if you would like to use it.

Fingers crossed the weather will be ok!!!!

1 pass left ....... any takers????

..there are a few passes spare so long as you are at Halfords before we leave you can get one ..no pass no entry to the show they are very strict

Something's come up at work and I can't make it. If you see the TIPEC guys in the morning can you please pass on my apologies and tell them not to wait for me?

(All the TIPEC folk whose contact details I have are away down south this weekend "¦ don't know who to talk to about this one!)

thanks to Brian for geling the club with the other guys, and thanks to kim for providing the gossip.....and an extra special thanks to the ash cloud who pissed off the bentley show-off good work Don!! lol

Actually top drawer classic by Lachlan for providing the champers....I'll bring it the next time!! Were the glasses perspex?
