Yes, obviously I noticed the pic first, but the description I assume matches the price as a Carrera that old would be a lot less cash.
 
I'm with Mr. Elder, I reckon with the stock piling up it was too hard to get to the Turbo. Also knowing how reluctant OPCs seem to be to actually get the keys to any car they have on the forecourt it was all too much like hard work.

Could just be an optimistic newbie sales person hoping to fool some unsuspecting customer. Perhaps they'll get a crayon out and write Turbo on the back.
 
When I was in the market for a new Porsche 911 I was checking the Porsche Used Cars micro-site nearly daily. I often saw pictures of cars which didn't at all match the description. eg. tonnes of cars I saw with PSE exhaust tips and no PSE listed.

So even the OPCs often get the specs of cars wrong and also mis-match pics.
