Got an email from Jane. Following is an extract from said email:

"Still on my detox diet, this is day 6 today I think I am feeling better for it. I never even had any alcohol over the weekend and do you know what? I did not even miss it. I had a steam room one night and a hot tub the next, so this is much nicer than sitting getting pissed lol"
 
Oh my goodness Alison are you ok? Was it a very high chair? It would have been a long fall for you [8D]
 
Well done our Jane I bet you feel the better for it ...will buy you a mineral water tommorow night ...it is like when I lay of the *** for a few months I feel a lot better [:D][:D][:D][:D]
 
Brian thanks for that, but if mineral water is fizzy then I cannot have it. No fizzy drinks allowed [&:]
