This time the oil cooler...

I've got a new oil cooler to go on, but on inspection I'm not sure its required. Is it just leaking from the top? Do you mind providing me your opinion?

When I had the car inspected, I was recommended to get a new one due to the oil on the under tray of the front bumper - didn't think to check before buying [8|]
