I know a few of you like to see racing vids well for once I am going to post something not Porsche related but worth it all the same:

Some proper mentalist action right there [8D]

Now that's what I call a hillclimb. None of this 50 second nonsense![;)] Looks like they a few offs judging by the other vids![&:]
Edit - Hang on a mo. If that was mental see this one - same driver, same hill but slightly different conditions!

AWESOME!

Is it a Radical? Looks very drivable in 1st, with some of those early down shifts to 1st I would expect the back end to be stepping out quickly!

Yeah that wet one was pretty amazing. There seems to be loads of vids from that Hillclimb, seems to be a pretty big motorsports event that for whatever reason I had never heard of before.

It's this

which I think is a Juno SSE/Honda

Awesome stuff. Reminds me of the 997 register run in the Brecon Beacons last year..............[:D]

Wow. That's crazy fast. Yet looking at his steering responses, not too difficult. Heaps of downforce is the key...but a lot of cliffs, sheer drops, and oddly parked vehicles to consider.

Found another mind bender but this time from Rally driver god Ari Vatanen

Note the distinct lack of heal and toe for the most part, the mental instability on heavy stops and his mind bogglingly quick hands. Made me dizzy watching this one [8D]

Speaking of that great man I love this.......

Not a road that you want to come off on the wrong side!

BTW - love the wing on his car!![:D]

I've been to the top of Pike's Peak - but sadly by train and not rally car! If you're really fit another way to the summit is this...........

They must be bonkers

Good scenery on a clear day at 14000 ft though[:)]

However all these car vids pale into insignificance when compared to this- OMG!

It's in two parts - you can find the second part easily!
Edit - here it is

It was the crazyness of the TT that inspired this thread, after watching it on ITV4 last week I had a bit of a youtube crazy video sesh, thanks for finding that Guy Martin vid though good one that.

I like the look of these events in Europe. Some great purpose built cars in a safe-ish environment.
Love the last 2 cars especially. Pity about the start for the 935 as he lost a heap of ground in the first 80 yards.
