Tested my Throttle Position Switch with a multimeter this morning (at the same time as I was testing my AFM, which turned out to be working fine).
The TPS gives the correct idle signal (ie when you first put throttle on) but the wide open throttle signal (which is apparently meant to come on at 2/3 throttle) is intermittent. Works sometimes but not others (a tap on the side of the switch actually seems to make a difference!).
Any idea what the implications of this are? Any real impact on performance, smoothness etc.?
