Hi, I have a 53 plate cayenne s does or has anyone had a problem on tickover where it feels a bit lumpy? My garage have run diagnostic tests ant can't find anything wrong
Also have a problem with my off side front indicator, each morning without fail it will not work but if I tap the headlight it works fine all day until the following morning!!
Also have a problem with the auto shift gear know, I have to lift it slightly to engage? If I do not lift it the gear stick will not move.....any ideas?

Hello John,

Regarding the tick over it could be the spark plug caps, check if they are cracked, and then replace them it is a common fault.

Regarding the indicator, I would suggest taking the headlight unit out and refitting, there could be corrosion on the contacts, removal is explained in the manual.

The gear shift sounds as if it needs lubrication, I had a stiffening on a my boxster, it was replaced under warranty but it probably could have been lubricated
