tightening torques

Hi,

What does it mean when the Porsche manual says tightening torque should be "15Nm + 5Nm" for example?

In the past I have only seen single figures, or torque figures then angles.

Is it as simple as set your wrench for 15, let it click then set for 20Nm (in this case) and go again?
