Time for more Photos

I know about the lack of photos though - it's actually the same on most Porsche forums right now - nobody seems excited by their cars any more. I suppose the 997 has been out long enough now that we all find it hard to muster some interest in how good looking they all are.
I am currently working with Chris at CG to get a photo journal type report out in Porsche Post for my suspension mods. He's been so busy though that he hasn't had much time.
As for posting pics of my car - next ones will probably be of my new Rennline Pedals when I get them in a couple weeks. Exterior ones in the snow would be good but frankly I don't like taking my Turbo out in the snow in case someone else with 2wd collides into me!! So next scenic pics will probably be track ones in the Spring.
Oh go on then, here are some fairly recent ones including some wedding/honeymoon pic ones!!

I still don't have my car back yet [] but its promised back tomorrow []
There was a brief surge of photos at the end of December but that went downhill quite quickly..
Here's one not taken by me []
Shaky picture I know, but the excuse is it's on the IOM on the mountain road doing three figures....!!
Please note this was not with the clubs trip, you can see by the fact I'm having way too much fun to be winning the regularity contest
Same trip, having a face off []
one of the few times I have a picture of a clean car[]
Why I wasn't at the Autosports show everyday [] and had to get my wife to drive the car home!!

Hopefully everyone made use of some nice weather so far this bank holiday..
I had a last minute phone call to join some friends out this morning and it turned into a great day (mostly [])
A 7am start to be on the Cat and fiddle prior to the masses []
Before crossing the Peaks on a great selection of roads ending up here...
My companions were a little lighter and smaller for some of the roads, however in my usual custom I overcame their advantage with a bit of extra bravery []
We split later in the day as my fun was cut short with a warning from the TPMS [&:] and Yes I have found a screw in the tyre [:'(]
All praises to the system for giving me the warning ( I was watching the boost gauge after my recent problems) and allowing me time to get some extra air in the tyre and safely make my way home...
Hopefully now I have the extra routes, we can possibly have a group outing to the Peaks in the future..

Although someone who will remain nameless for the time being failed on the early start []
I notice in the other pictures that the driver seems to be missing in a few of them I think that might well be the holdup!! []

Here are a few pics from last week on the PCGB trip to the Factory and the new Museum, well organised by Richard Watling, which included trips to the Mercedes Museum, new Porsche Museum, Schlumpf Museum and Essen Classic Car Show. Managed to blag a slot on the Mercedes dealer roof car park, adjacent to their museum where the red 997 stood out nicely in a sea of grey and silver Mercs.
pretty stunning design (the museum wasn't bad either)
the Porsche museum is every bit as good as you've read
hand made by true artists
After a 'spirited drive' up the mountains we stayed at a great lodge. The story goes that this pretty eccentric establishment was where the good Doctor W hatched the plan to take over VW last year, on a diet of wild boar and Black Forest Gateau. I can recommend the food if not the strategy.
fabulous 356 at Essen
