Actually only took about an hour to remove clean and fit back in. Hope the car produces another 200bhp now. []
Better still less chance of the dreaded knock!!!
A worthwhile exercise for any turbo owners i would suggest..

When the front bumper is removed, there's some sort of small cooler on the lower left (while looking at from the front - see out of focus pic). I'm guessing it's the oil cooler - but noticed mine was well full of gunk.
So next step you need to take is take off the bumper.......

1st Buy a car with a decent interior
2nd Dont eat/drink in the car
3rd Wipe done occasionaly with damp cloth
