Time wasting "buyers"

Lifted this from Pistonheads - not 944 related but with a couple of changes (ie drop the tiptronic bit) I'm sure it could work just as well. Anyone who's sold (or bought) should be able to relate to something in this! I found it pretty damn funny.

It's the one thing I didn't mind doing when I was younger but now the older I get the less tollerant I am.. having said that Iam very honest when i sell as I don't want the come back..
I just sold my last Ford Ka crash repair project car for full asking price and it's on a Cat C told them every thing and they loved the car.. Basicly they got a car 3 years newer than their budget and 40-50k less miles as well..so they are happy and so am I two years free driving and covered ALL my costs bar some fuel money.

Ha! first saw this about a year ago except the conversation was between a junior doctor and a radiologist with the junior doc trying to get the radiologist to scan a poorly worked up patient. The general theme was the same...an amusing summary of the typical headbutting that goes on between two people a million miles apart but meant to be on the same wavelength.
What we need is a 944 specific version with questions about:
Stuck rear hatch
Water leaks
Wet carpets
rusty sills
knackered wishbones
last belt change
Water pump problems

any other offers?
