Timing belts, rollers are water pump

Looking to replace the belts and rollers soon.
What is the usual price for the job? How much for replacing the water pump and is it recommended every other belts change for the S2?

Depending where you go most independants are charging between £250 - £350 for a belt change at the moment.

Doing all the rollers at the same time will be about £150 extra

The water pump is hardly any extra labour whilst the belts are off but the price of the part varies wildly (currently £146 from Bert, £276 from Eurocarparts)

Charles,

I've just had a major service and my belts done. I asked my indie to fully inspect everything and they recommended not to replace the rollers and water pump as they are working perfectly / look fine.
The major service, MOT, all belts and extra labour for checking the pump and other things (that's another story...) came to just under £700 all in.

Chris.

Waterpump from ECP £125inc, can be lot more labour also if bolts shear which they often do (rad then needs to be removed + drilling etc). Bear in mind front crank pulley has to be removed also which can often seize.
