Hi,
My tip box is feeling rather slushy when I change up and down PRND. I spoke to my mechanic about it, he said the linkage to the box was fine but the wear to the actual changer inside the vehicle is causing it. He said something about neoprene bushes need replacing to re-instate the feel between each gear choice.
Anyone had to go through this? Is it costly/difficult to replace? Can I replace the bushes or do I require a whole new component etc.
Any help appreciated as always
