Anybody going?

Belinda and I are going up Saturday evening and staying in a B&B - not easy to find as there are Touring Cars at Donnington this weekend.

If it is anything like previous years it will be stupidly cheap to get in and have loads of free stuff for the Kiddies - so a great family day out.

Thinking of going if my car is back from being serviced tomorrow morning.

And the aircon re gassed, as it is way to hot to sit on black leather in this heat.

Odds on Beaky is going to get rained on on Saturday though.

Not much point in washing him then. [8|]

The little turbo nutter has a brand spanky new MoT, so I'll be giving it a run up there for a giggle.

As it is only 7 or so miles from me I thought I'd give it a go too. Looking forward to putting some faces to names and seeing some of the tech presentations. http://www.porsche-1.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=8814

Not sure if the 944 will make it though as it is due for a steam clean tomorrow ;-)

I'm hoping to be there too. First I have to notch up some credit by wandering round some Stately home on Saturday, then hopefully Sunday will be petroleum filled [:D]

NO :( Back to kings Lynn on sunday evening for early start monday, hope you all have a good day,
Tony

Can you just turn up? How much is entry? I'm on standby with the wife but if I can get out tomorrow i'll come along for a butchers.

TIPEC is The Independant Porsche Enthusiasts Club, originally set up to cover 924, 944 and 968 models but now covers the whole marque.

Elvaston Castle is their major national event, much like our own Eynsham Hall. If it's like their previous events at Walton Hall, it promises to be a very good day out and is very reasonably priced. I too am looking forward to the technical presentations, three of them are from regulars on our very own 944 forum [:D]

No mould, I was CNC machined from a solid billet of unobtanium [:D]

There is a small 944 convoy leaving M1 JCT15a Northampton Services at 10am if anyone is passing and wants to join in.

If anyone else fanices a mini meet at the show, I'll be attending the technical presentations at 11:30 (Andrew.S), 12:30 (Jon.M), 1:30 (Simon.P), so I'll see you there [:)]
