Tiptronic gearbox fluid leak?

I'm a bit confused by this!

A couple of weeks back I changed the filter and fluid in my tiptronic gearbox. I replaced everything with genuine parts, gasket, seals, plugs, bolts, everything and everything was fine. The gearbox was a little low as it took almost 5 litres of ATF fluid to refill it.

I've hardly used since and yesterday I noticed a little patch of oil on the drive, it's a slightly sloping drive, and assumed I obviously hadn't tightened everything correctly. I did have a quick look at the fluid on the ground and it was ATF as opposed to anything else.

I've just dropped the rear tray off this afternoon to tighten up and refill the box only to find all the mounting screws fine with no leaks and no drains from either the drain plug or the filler.

Once again there was fluid in the inside of the rear tray and once again ATF.

I was wondering if I maybe didn't have the car completely level when filling it and this is the reside but I can't see how it would have an 'overflow'.

Can anyone throw any light on where it may be coming from, I'm confused!

Yes, all of that. Allowed it to warm up correctly, selected all the gears etc, then topped it up.
All the sump bolts were torqued up correctly, I can't seem to track it down!
