Tiptronic Idling

Good morning 996 fans,

has anyone with a tiptronic experienced the car having eratic idling (up to 1500 and down to 600) when selecting a gear (P/R/N/D).

And this morning I was sitting in traffic, so handbrake and N, and when I selected D the revs jumped and then dropped and then the engine cut out.

The car drives fine and changes gear OK when on the move.

Any thnought?

clean the MAF detector with some switch cleaner spray
