Paul intrigued, just heard of the new motor.....how far are you going with the conversion to RS Spec....suspension? Engine? Gearbox? Weight.....?

To quote your mate Clubsport, "it will be even beter than an RS when its finished because it will have nice things like electric windows and a sunroof as well" [:D]

Dear Des ......

In a nutshell as close as I can without spending any money [;)].
I have sold my retrimmed std seats, and for the same money bought a new set of Recaros which are due in the post tommorow.
Sold Techart wheels last night and put a bit of money in for RS speedlines.
Have RH RS 1 piece copies as on GT3 before with new Toyos that were in the garage for trackdays (look good too).
S/H Side sills coming the weekend for small outlay.
Did RSR exhaust mod last weekend and have a new set of stainless sports boxes to go on once I mod as they are to boomy between 2&3 k revs.
May fit a half cage ......
Have H&R adjustables, cup filter, chip, big reds, RS steering wheel and handbrake, fitted to car already, and RS clutch and flywheel to go on sometime.
Will get RS doorcards made over the winter.

What filler did you and clubsport use round your sunroofs mate ? as thats one giveaway I just have to sort out [:D]

Im getting there ! [;)]

Wickes have got a 2 for 1 deal on mastic at the moment, I have just halved all the shut line panel gaps on mine,,looking quite sharp even if I say so myself [;)]

Are you going to fit an Lsd and RS, CS or Cup gearing?....the ratios on the earlier 993 box may or may not be ideal depending on your driving style?
