Does anyone know what the toe in setting is for the front wheels of the 996 (MY04). My tyres are wearing slightly more on the inside than the outside and need to get it checked out, I know it could possibly be other faults but I always check the easiest first. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Best regards
Jim

The alignment settings are in the Members Only Technical Articles section, but here they are for the benefit of non-members:

Thanks Richard for the toe in info,
But now you have confused me regarding membership, I have noticed that I am shown as a non-member, am I missing something here because I am a club member (joined at the NEC classic car shown Nov 2006).
Best regards
Jim

You need to contact the club office and get them to link your membership number to your forum membership name, which is not done automatically, even if you have entered the number in your profile. Once they have done that it will open up new forum areas that can only be read by PCGB members. There is quite a bit of info in these sections, so it's worth doing. You can send an email to cluboffice@porscheclubgb.com or telephone them on 01608 652911.

Hi,

Mine did the same, I took it as a good excuse for a full geometry check at GT1 in Chertsey.

The ones I have had in the pass have transformed the car.

Cheers
Stu

Thanks for your answers, I will get the tracking checked out and will get my membership linked to the forum.
Best regards
Jim
