Too many Porsches in M3 / M4 corridor?

Crikey ... just got back to rural Suffolk after a day trip to the Slough / Ascot area. Couldn't believe how many Porsche's I saw in the space of half an hour. Mostly 996's, but also997's, 993 and 964 cabriolets, Caymen, and Boxsters.

Round here I get flashed when meeting another porsche, but I guess you don't do that down there or you'd have severly shortened bulb life!

I wave at them all, but get an acknowledgement about 1/10, mainly from the older cars. Stuck-up lot they are around here. [:)] [:)]

this'll make it 2/10 Richard [:D]

Know what you mean. There are two 996s (a '51 Carrera 2 and a '54 Carrera 4S) which live within 100yds of me. Makes my X reg seem a little old fashioned. Never had a vintage car before......

(sorry, Richard) [:D]

here in leafy hertfordshire, even astons and ferraris are two a penny-if you want to feel REALLY special go and buy a mondeo[:D]
