A big thank you to Martyn for sorting out the Top Gear tickets.

What an excellent afternoons entertainment.
 
Thanks Martyn, We had a great time at the Top Gear recording, I cannot believe how different it all looks when you are there, and how chaotic the production is, but it was an experience. I suppose I will have to get the Discovery Channel to see it! hope someone records it. Thanks again.

Thanks to John Sims for taking a lot of the pics. We used Canon 10D & 20D cameras with mainly f2.8 canon L series lenses in the low light conditions.

So in short, with the standard of equipment at my disposal, any pictures I took that aren't very good are down to the idiot holding camera. [:)]. In fairness, shooting was quite difficult in low light conditions using stealth mode (sans flash). With very low shutter speeds and, at times, reasonably long lenses I don't think we did too badly - perhaps we need to club together for some IS lenses next time.

A big thank you to Rick for, again, providing us with a great reminder of a great afternoon.

It was a top afternoon, and great to meet other PCGB members - thanks for making a "newbie" feel so welcome!
