Torque setting for camshaft carrier

Hi,
I'm new to these forums, so lets see how I get on!
I'm part way through rebuilding my engine (broken head stud but all replaced) and I'm just about to re-fit the cylinder heads, the Haynes manual says to torque up the camshaft carrier nuts but has omitted the torque setting. Can anybody help with the correct figure, it is an early 1983 car?
Whilst at this stage of build it would be easy to plug the air pump injectors. Will this cause any problems with the emmission check during the MoT? Where can I source suitable "plugs"?

Paul send me your email address and I'll send you back a page of torque settings, it's copyrighted material so I can't post it here. Get the blanking plugs from
http://www.type-911.co.uk/ but be careful removing them they are prone to snap, use plenty of pentrating oil or heat if necessary, deleting the airpump won't cause emission check problems in the UK.
