torque+water+wall = Oh Bugger!

due to a tad too much right foot, coupled with the wet road, I had a bit of a disagreement with some tarmac coming onto one road from another last night which resulted in some spectacular spinning and then a massive thunk as a wall protested to me moving any further.

Dam [X(][][][>:][]

It doesn't look good. Luckily no-one else around at the time and just me in the car so no injuries save for a slightly sore neck.

These cars are built like tanks, but unfortunately it wasn't enough in this case.

So many thanks to those of you who gave me help and advice over the past couple of months. Still waiting to hear back from the insurance co about a settlement (will be shocked and delighted if they tell me it's repairable!) but I probably won't be getting another one in the near future. I do hope to be back in a 944t at some point though, and on here again.

In the meantime, have fun, and drive safe!!! [&o]

Sorry to hear this Arum [:(]

Now that I now for myself how much body damage costs to repair I understand how so many of our cars never make it back on the road after minor accidents [&o] At least you're okay, which is about the most positive thing to feel for the time being.
