Has anyone done this job themselves? what do you have to do to drop the car slightly? Ive nver done a car with a torsion bar before but heard that they can be a nightmare so would like to know what to expect and how to go about doing it [:D]

If you have never done it before i wouldnt attempt it , i was told by porsche mechanic that you can drop the back of a 944 slightly by adjusting some bolts on the rear arms. Apparently it will drop it and inch or two but im not sure exactly which bolts he meant, maybe someone else on here knows what im on about .

Big Dave :) cheers dude :) not into the other approach of if youve never done it dont try it im afraid! Im an engineer to trade and have built cars from the ground up so I like to do things myself :) Its the best way to learn! Just wanted a rough idea of whats involved which youve given me :)

But it wont let me register unless i buy 968 window stickers!!!

I've been told in principal they are quite simple but you will probably be fighting siezed and corroded nuts and bolts all the way.
